Andretti Autosport Milwaukee Mile Race Preview

Shelby Blackstock, No. 28 Starstruck

Shelby Blackstock heads to the Milwaukee IndyFest with four consecutive podium finishes and sits third in the championship points fight. The 23-year-old Nashville, TN native has also secured two of the five pole positions this year.

"The Milwaukee Mile definitely should be a very interesting race. It is by far the longest race in the Pro Mazda Championship; tire usage and the strategy will play a big part. I think it will be a really good night and I'm hoping we can bring home a good result."

Matthew Brabham, No. 83

Coming off a win at Lucas Oil Raceway Park in Indianapolis during the Night Before the 500 event, Matthew Brabham sits first in the championship points standings going in to the Milwaukee IndyFest weekend. The American has won four of the five events so far in the 2013 season.

"My expectations for the Milwaukee IndyFest event are quite high! It's going to be a fantastic event. Our Pro Mazda race will be very interesting as it will be on of the longest races we do for the year. The MAZDASPEED car was really fast at the test day there so I'm confident we will have a good chance to fight for the win. I want to win this race quite badly as it's Father's Day weekend and my father and grandfather have put in so much in helping my career. It would make them very proud, and I would love to win this race during the Father's Day weekend."
